We want to make sure you love your purchase, so ensure you reach out to us within 30 days of receipt and we can sort this out as quickly as possible.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was received within the last 30 days
The product is in secure and suitable packaging
The product is not used or damaged
The product was not purchased whilst on sale

Products that do not meet these criteria unfortunately will not be eligible for a return.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend all items are well packaged and sent via tracked postage. We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss whilst in transit

Refund

Once your return has been received and checked we will issue a refund to the original payment method used. Please note, we do not refund the initial shipping costs of sending the products to you.

Discount codes

One time discount codes are not transferable.

Faulty or damaged items

If you received a faulty or damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items- Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

How long will it take for my products to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all our dog accessories within 3 business days.

Australian delivery is between 2-10 business days, depending upon the shipping method selected at checkout.

International delivery is between 6-15 business days. International delivery times can vary significantly between countries, and this can be further impacted by customs clearance regulations in the destination country.

How do I know what size to order?

Please note we mainly specialise in small dog products. Poochies between 3kg-9kg.

Before purchasing products, we recommend you measure your pup and refer to our sizing Guide:

Dog Collars - Measure your dog's neck with a dressmaker's flexible tape measure and allow room for two fingers to ensure it is not too tight.

General size chart- Sizers may change due to type of product. Ensure you read the product description.
